WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards. Also by bank transfer into the Outcraft bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

If proof of payment is not received within 48 of the order being placed, the order will be cancelled.
​
Card transactions will be acquired for Outcraft via Peach Payments whom utilizes the strictest form of encryption and no card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.peachpayments.com/ to view their security certificate and security policy.
​
Customer details will be stored by Outcraft separately from card details.
​
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, within seven days you may return it to us.
​
To return an item, please email customer service at outcraft2021@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method.

After receiving your returned item, we will inspect the condition of your item. If the product is still in the original condition and packaging we will gladly process a refund. We will notify you by email within 7 days after receipt of your return.
​
The provision of goods and services by Outcraft is subject to availability. In the unlikely event of unavailability, Outcraft will refund the client in full within 30 days (usually much quicker).
​
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 30% administration fee. Orders must be canceled within 24hrs of placing and paying for the order, otherwise no refund will be made whatsoever.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
If you place and pay for your order we endeavor to ship the order within 3 business days. Your order should be delivered in a day or two (dependent on the delivery method chosen) after the courier service has collected it but please bear in mind we no longer have control over the delivery period once they have collected it. Deliveries could be delayed due to various reasons.

Outcast will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you check your delivery before signing for it. Outcraft will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in good condition. Outcast uses a reliable delivery service. If there is not anyone to sign for the package at the given delivery address, you will be phoned on the number you have provided in your Outcraft profile. If you can not be reached, the delivery will be attempted in the following days. Please contact us if you have any special delivery requirements.

A delivery fee is levied between R50 - R120 dependent on the delivery method chosen. All major South African cities are included.
If you live on a farm or outlying area please contact us before placing your order to check if we can deliver to your location and/if an additional delivery fee is applicable.

If Pudo collection points are selected please be aware that once a collection sms/email is received, the package will only be kept for 48 hours at the collection locker. Non-collection will result in a forfeiture of the goods and purchase price paid.

We do not offer international delivery at this moment.

Our size charts (adult, hoodies, kids) will help you get the right fit. To help you order the right clothing size we have provided a detailed measurement table.
We recommend measuring a t-shirt you already own and that fits you well. Then you can compare that measurement on the tables below to find the Outcraft size that is closest.
